Yup, this arc smells the aftermath of Secret Empire. I think Daredevil is dealing with this as well. Not surprisingly since Mark Paniccia is the editor of Daredevil too. I think he's the editor for Daredevil, Hulk, and X-Men, and anything related to those franchises.
