Yes, I'd agree with this. Storm has been regularly depicted as being too much for TP users to bring down. It's one of the reasons that Cassandra Nova has attacked Storm with a chemical weapon and NOT her TP.

Jean tells Storm she loves her and that she'd never hurt her, Storm overpowers the chemical or whatever and they finally hug. They then plan to take out their vengeance on Cassandra for trying to ruin their sisterhood.

Cassandra loses.

no they are not equal. storm is a goddess jean is just a mutant. that said I would prefer they over some nova without fighting.

I would like to see an uninhibited Storm go all out on Jean, who would most defiantly hold back. Will Jean be able to reach Ororo telepathy? Does that goop Cassandra used on Ororo cloud her thoughts, so she’ll fight drunk-like? Can Jean go on the offence and still protect the non-flyers? Will Kurt be the x-factor by teleporting Storm away?


I now doubt that we’ll see a straight up fight between the two X-queens and best friends.
