There does seem to be SOME sort of plotline going on, but all I'm reading at the moment is SWORD, so I can't go into more detail.

Bottom line... Krakoa seems to be on top everywhere... which means there's only one way to go....

I have a creeping suspicion T’Challa will make an appearance in X-Men 21 next week. Hickman loves him some Wakanda stuff and it was highlighted all the way back in 2019’s HOX/POX just like Franklin Richards who we know Hickman had big plans for before he got retconned into not being a mutant.

Hopefully the X-Office’s plans for T’Challa have changed like they did for the FF because it’s looking like whatever Hickman wanted for them was going to be really intrusive on the narrative of their own book. I don’t want Wakanda playing too big a role in whatever that side of Marvel is doing and it’d be even worse if the main BP title started being directly impacted by stories from another office.

I hope not. Historically it has not worked out for the Black Panther franchise.

I think Cap is leading now. He turned it over to him for Age of Khoushu. I dont think there was any dialogue returning it to Tchalla. And with Agents spinoff dead, there is less need for Tchalla to be in charge.

On one hand, he's DLC for a dying game that not a lot of people are fond of. On the other hand this might be the game's last chance for a comeback, so they might have worked harder than usual on him and the content. Flip a coin.

That's definitely one of his more popular media depictions. Black Widow uses an energy staff in that game too so hopefully there's no overlap. I just want them to get his movement right

His reveal trailer got a lot of positive buzz so hopefully Square knocks it out of the park with this expansion.
