Couldn't agree with you more. Reminds me of Captain America #22, when Cap's shield was fully restored rather miraculously (XD)
LOL! It's from Fear Itself #7

captain AMERICA ISSUE 0 in APRIL two new cap books to launch in may supposedly big annoucment on youtube right now
Great news that Cap is getting a solo again. And Sam is getting a book too, great news.
I wonder how they'll set up the supporting cast/villains for each book?
Seems like Sam will have an international flair while Steve hits the heartland.
I hope they are similar in tone to Jurgens run. One having a similar tone and feel as Brubaker or Grunewald's run would be nice.

So no worries at least on my part of Steve wallowing in self pity searching for his place.Speaking on the series, Kelly explained that Steve's new outlook reflects the political upheaval across the United States over the last few years. "We've seen a radical shift in our country and, especially for a lot of young people, a real fury and disappointment at what our country has started to do to itself." Nevertheless, Kelly insists that Steve's resolve and belief in what the United States can become are as firm as ever. "The core is good and worth fighting for, but both [Steve and Sam] need to wrestle with what that means in the year of our Lord 2022."
