"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark

Indeed. Also, having read the Iron Man Annual, I'd say it was pretty good. Loved Iron Man confronting Quantum and the Assessor and cleverly fighting his way through the Assessor's obstacles. And the context for Miles telling Tony what happened to him made sense; they happened to already be on a team-up in Miles's stomping grounds when the subject came up once they got a breather. A new generation of Mole Men, raised on American TV set in an even more fictionalized and idealized New York City compared to the MU's New York . . . quite hilarious commentary, I thought.
The spider is always on the hunt.
Look for a Subterranean Wars crossover coming down the road.
I still remember the Subterranean Wars from the '90s... Tony VS. The Outcasts

The annual was a good read and the art was good as well. I haven't seen Tony use this much tech and gadgets in some time.
He also showed that he can be a good strategist and be a few moves ahead of an opponent. I think Tony's genius and tech gets downplayed too much outside of his own title so it's good to see it being reinforced here. I think Quantam and the Assessor should make future appearances or even become a regular rogue.
