God would I love to see her finally being written decently again but I won't be getting my hopes up.

Several people on Reddit are suggesting it's Kamala. But personally I think anyone already announced for another book is ruled out. Namor, Storm, and Phoenix all have solos. Laura and Kamala are both in NYX. Synch or Iceman would make sense.

It's not someone who was in the team before, so Logan and Kamala are ruled out, imo. Jean would make sense, but judging by her book, it's unlikely it would fit into continuity. Not sure about Storm though, but she's a perfect candidate, even though I think she was part of the team at some point? Don't remember.
I can see it being Iceman (Brevoort mentioned thay there was something big coming for him) or Synch. Laura, I think, is also possible, especially considering, that spoilers:

she's rumored to be a big part of Deadpool and Wolverine,

end of spoilers so I can see Marvel wanting to do something big with her these days.
And it's definitely not someone who's already part of team books.
