See my response in Avengers thread. I don’t remember all that much, but from what I do recall Tony Stark was a genuine hero for at least one of his teammates. Note I said Tony, not Iron Man. Truly this particular storyline was about the man, not the armor.

I saw that. I'm worried that they'll let what happens in X-Men '97 influence anything they do with the rest of the animated MU characters.

Definitely should've been his season 2 look - Force Works disbanded at the start of that season. The Avengers were clearly formed afterwards, and Scarlet Witch changed to a new look (which matches her classic one from the comics). Why would Iron Man go back to an old one?

DC's solicits came out Friday, so Marvel's should be out on Thursday. As such, we'll know within three days who's taking over.
