    Still not 100% sure what’s going on with the monthly thread sticky situation. From communication with a mod on the DC Board in our “Next Dawn” bullpen, our monthly contest threads won’t be supported/permitted until after an individual named Jenny C posts CBR’s official monthly solicitation thread on these forums. We’re not sure when that will be but are speculating it might be the last week of the month. As such, we might have to switch from posting our monthly solicitations at the beginning of the month to at the end of the month.

    Right now, if that turns out to be the case, I’m thinking this will result in the solicitations for AOM posted here staying open and available for purchase longer and new solicitations not being posted until the third week of September.

    Okay, I messaged the mods. The September thread has been stickied finally.

    Like I said over in the Next Dawn thread, due to this new policy we’ll have to reorient the purchase window/submission deadline. Instead of the beginning/end of the month, now solicitations will be due the third Friday of the month. And new solicitations will be posted around that time too or in the last week of the month, making them available to purchase until the next third Friday.

    So for this month, sales will remain open a little longer. Does that sound fair to everyone?

    I recommend just not putting s*litics in the title and taking our chances.

    Don't forget to turn in solicitations for next month and make your purchases! Technically, they're supposed to be in by the third Friday of the month (which is unusually early this month). But Sales totals and new solicitations will go up once CBR posts their official solicitations pursuant to new forum rules.
